Hardig Industrial Services (HIS) is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager (EPM) with demonstrated leadership skills to join our team in Dayton, OH. As an EPM, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction, installer engagement, product quality and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Polished Concrete / Epoxy Flooring Industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must be self-motivated, influential, and able to make decision in the best interest of our clients, subcontractors and vendors.

We provide a compensation package that includes Base Salary + Commission + Bonus opportunities that will meet or exceed $125,000 per year for the right candidate.
